Some of our USC friends who are now Charlestonians decided to start a supper club for the Charleston girls, and kicked it off downtown last month. October was Lauren, Brittney and myself’s turn to host the group and cook a delicious meal at my house. We met earlier to decide which dishes to make and come up with a good fall / October theme and were excited to finally cook for everyone last night!
On the menu:
- Sparkling cranberry bites
- Hot, spiced apple cider with rum
- Maple and brown sugar pork tenderloin
- Potatoes au gratin
- Roasted brussels sprouts with bacon
- Pumpkin crumb cake with ice cream
Don’t worry, I’ll be sharing some of the great recipes, and the groups’ overall thoughts in a few days..
As always when us girls get together, we had a blast and laughed all night. And of course Cleo had fun hanging out with her new friends.
