In need of a Thanksgiving side dish for the big feast this week?  Look no further >>  I’ve put together a list of some of my favorites, so you just need to pick one and your family will love you for it.

Rollene’s Sweet Potato Casserole

Obviously the list had to start with my favorite Thanksgiving dish of all time: Rollene’s sweet potato casserole.  The holiday wouldn’t be the same without it and I could eat it all day.  Recipe is here.

Roasted Butternut Squash, Brussels Sprouts & Onion

Marianne makes great dishes, and I have been drooling over this dish ever since she posted it. I may skip the onion (because I’m a child, and onions still kinda scare me), but this knocks out a bunch of veggies in one dish. Recipe is here.

Truffled Mac N Cheese

Natalie’s dishes always look delicious, and the combination of truffle oil and mac n cheese is killer.  Another perk: it’s kid friendly.  Recipe is here.

Spicy Garlic Green Beans

Put the canned green bean and cream of mushroom casserole aside, and bring it up a notch with this green bean dish.  Recipe is here.

Brussels Sprouts au Gratin

We all know I’ve become obsessed with brussels over the last few years.  I made this brussels sprouts dish for our family Thanksgiving last year and it converted a brussels hater (must have been the cheese and pancetta).  Recipe is here.

Pumpkin Pinwheels

While this isn’t necessarily a side dish, this would be a great starter to get your stomach ready for all of the fall dishes coming it’s way.  Recipe is here.

And for good fun on the table, make some turkey leg name cards!
