I have a new healthy & easy week night dinner thanks to my mom and I can’t get enough of it. Since she shared this recipe with me last month, I’ve made it 3 times, so with leftovers that’s quite a few meals and I’m still going strong!
Seasoning Rubbed Salmon
- 1 Salmon fillet
- Sweet & Spicy Seafood Seasoning Rub
Boom. 2 ingredients – that’s it.
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Put some aluminum foil in a pan (or grease it) and place your salmon fillet in the pan. Sprinkle / rub / pat your fillet with the seasoning rub, making sure that all sides are covered. Bake at 425 degrees for ~15 minutes, depending on the size of the fillet. Take out of the oven and make sure the fish is flaky – then enjoy!
Edits: I like to serve it on top of cous cous with a side salad or broccoli mixed in.
Results: Like I said, this has become my new go to recipe because everything is done in less than 20 minutes. Hunter’s not a huge fan of salmon, but even he enjoyed it and asked for seconds. Paired with a few other things and you’re ready for a good dinner and leftovers at work the next day!
Shout out to my grandma for putting the great seasoning in his stocking that we’re loving!
What seasoning rub do you use?
We use this spicy and sweet seasoning my grandma gave us – I linked to it in my post!
