Does it feel like forever that I’ve posted something other than our laundry room on here? haha. Sounds about right, but I’m getting back in the groove with some fun DIYs!

I haven’t done much experimenting with felt, outside of this wreath, but that all changed last weekend. There are a few new friend baby girls coming soon and one of them will arrive on the 13th – perfect timing for a lil Valentine themed headband!

Heart Headband

What you’ll need:

  • 4 colors of felt. I used 4 colors from this sampler pack.
  • Cricut Maker
  • Hot glue gun
  • Elastic headband. I found a pack of 3 at Hobby Lobby (but can’t find a link to them online)

Creating this project was extremely simple. I opened Design Space, added 4 of the same sized hearts to my canvas, changed their color and cut them.

Once the 4 hearts were cut, I attached them with a little heart showing using my hot glue gun.

Finally I just attached them to the elastic headband. Boom!

Now you’ve got a cute headband for Valentine’s Day for either an adult or baby! Like lil baby Tezza who will arrive on Wednesday, just in time for a day of love.
