Anyone else get the Baby Shark song stuck in their heads after hearing it once? If you have a little one who loves it (or a cousin who just had a baby who needs some summer gear), then I have an easy DIY for you!

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Cricut. The opinions and text are all mine.

Baby Shark Swim Trunks

What you’ll need:

I created my canvas by adding a shark image (#MB34AC24) and fish images (#M8B741C0). Then I resized them to be 2.5″ wide to fit each leg of the swim trunks. Make sure the fish are attached, so they’ll stay together, and cut the images on silver SportFlex material.

Next, weed the excess vinyl away from the design.

Look at the EasyPress heat settings guide to figure out what temperature and timer to set your EasyPress to. Place your swim trunks on your mat, lace your design on top and apply heat with your EasyPress!

Repeat on the other side of the shorts and you’re done!

Within a few minutes you have some personalized swim trunks! You could personalize these to whatever the little one liked: baby shark, mermaid, gold fish, sea turtles, etc. Find my project in Design Space here!

I’ve wanted to put some SportFlex on a bathing suit and this was a great excuse (and it’s now making me want to put it on one of my suits). I used it to make some work out tank tops last year and still wear these all the time. They’ve gone through several washing & drying cycles and intense workouts and have held up great. Can’t get over that stretch either!

Imagine going on a family beach trip and packing up your Cricut, materials and EasyPress in it’s cute tote and adding a lil fun to some bathing suits! It’d be a fun rainy day activity too.

Can’t wait to see the lil man wearing these now that it’s pool & beach season!
