We’ve made it to the master bedroom reveal!
Let’s start by looking at where we started (listing photo) and some in progress photos of where it was a few months ago.

Right after we bought the house we scraped the ceiling, painted it, replaced the carpet and patched imperfections on the walls. We eventually primed the walls (because I was sick of looking at green walls with white spots on them every morning), but that was it until our big project started.
This was the other room that I made a design board for, which is a mixture of things we already had and a few new things (like rug, drapes and pillows). The goal was to have a fresh new feel with only a few new things (besides a new room itself haha).

This room started with replacing the sub floor and basically everything up from there: hardwood floors, trim, custom built in cabinet, paint, crown molding, doors, hardware, new ceiling fan and a new pocket door to the bathroom.

Now let’s compare to the old listing photos!

Bye puke green & crunchy carpet floors, and hello neutral blue, white & green oasis! After 2 years of seeing that green first thing as I woke up, now can’t believe this is our master bedroom.
Looks awesome!!! Thank you for sharing!
